Retention period of personal information held by Ni Ti Power
When using Google Analytics services, Ni Ti Power may export reports containing audience statistics or browsing behavior. These documents are anonymized and do not contain any reference to IP addresses (it is impossible to link the data to a specific individual).
The Communications Department is solely responsible for processing this data. Reports that may be extracted in .pdf or .csv format are retained for a maximum of 2 years and are permanently deleted once the retention period is reached.

We allow certain partners to issue and use cookies on our website. The issuance and use of these cookies by third parties are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties and not to this policy. Below we inform you of the main partners with which Ni Ti Power collaborates for managing and distributing information on its website.

Retention period of personal information
As long as you choose to remain subscribed to the newsletter, the information in your profile will be retained in our Mailchimp database. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your profile will be automatically deactivated and you will no longer receive communications related to Innergex.
The Communications Department is solely responsible for processing the data stored on the Mailchimp platform. Information relating to the profiles of users who have unsubscribed from our newsletter is permanently deleted on a monthly basis.
Email management and contact forms
Ni Ti Power uses the Webnames.ca platform for the management and hosting of its
email address info@niti.emblemedev.ca and associated data. Visitors to our website may contact us through the following forms: Contact Form, Complaint Form, and Local Business Submission Form, in order to be included in our directory of contractors. By completing one of the identified forms, the personal data collected or likely to be collected are as follows:
- First name (required);

Retention period of personal information held by Ni Ti Power
The Communications Department is solely responsible for processing the data stored on the Webnames.ca platform. Data received by email are subject to the retention periods established in the corporate retention schedule.

The controller must then cease processing unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests and rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place where the infringement is alleged to have occurred, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR. Right to deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you, whether collected by us or our service providers. However, please note that there are several exceptions that would allow us to retain certain personal information. (art. 1798.105)

- Request for Access to Information
You have the right to obtain (free of charge) from Ni Ti Power confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed. This includes the collection, use, sharing, or sale of such data.
Where processing is confirmed, the following information must be provided:
- The purpose of the collection and processing
- The type of personal information collected
- To whom the data will be disclosed
- The retention period of the data
- The source of the data collection
- Information about your rights as a data subject
- The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
- Whether automated decision-making (profiling) is used
- Whether the data is sold to a third party
Response timelines for access requests
France: 1 month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by 2 months depending on the complexity and number of requests. The data subject must be informed within the first month of any extension and the reasons for it.
Canada (Québec): 30 days from receipt of the request. If the request is refused, the reasons and available recourse must be communicated. Failure to respond within 30 days is deemed a refusal. The period may be extended by 30 days depending on the complexity of the request; the data subject must be informed within the first 30 days.
United States (California): 45 calendar days from receipt of the request, with the possibility of an extension of 45 days (total of 90 days). The data subject must be informed within the first 45 days of any extension and the reasons for it.
